Middle School Science Teacher (2026-2027) Job Description
St. Timothy’s School, an Episcopal preparatory school in Raleigh, NC, with approximately 580 students in grades pre-K to 8, is looking to hire a Middle School Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. We welcome applicants with flexible teaching backgrounds and a collaborative spirit.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Biology, or Chemistry) or a related field
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Be able to work collegially with multiple constituencies.
The most competitive candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Possess a master’s degree in an appropriate/relevant educational field.
- Have at least 3-5 years of prior teaching experience in the subject for which he/she is being considered.
