We're seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a growing litigation team handling complex business disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases of commercial litigation while working alongside experienced mentors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy.
- Manage discovery, including e-discovery and document review.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy.
Qualifications: #healthcare2026
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active New York Bar license required.
- 2–10 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Candidates with backgrounds limited to personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit, or foreclosure are not the ideal fit.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
