Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Morning Caregiver/Educator who is adaptable and enthusiastic about working with young children. This role is crucial in providing a safe and engaging environment for our little ones as they start their day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Prepare and serve breakfast to children, supporting healthy eating habits.
- Assist children with potty training and personal hygiene.
- Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment.
- Adhere to Department of Human Services child care regulations and the STARS program requirements.
Qualifications:
- A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly with parents and caregivers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups.
- Energetic, fun, and engaging personality with the ability to be a responsible team player.
- Experience in child care, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with child care regulations and requirements is a plus.
