• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture (business, application, data, and technology) in alignment with ZF Foxconn’s strategy and IT governance framework. • Define architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, interoperability, and sustainability of IT solutions. • Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Governance, CIO, and IT leadership to align architecture with portfolio priorities and digital initiatives. • Provide strategic recommendations on “make vs. buy” decisions for technology solutions, platforms, and capabilities, considering cost, scalability, risk, and long-term value. • Support IT project and portfolio management by reviewing designs, assessing architectural impact, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. • Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and trends, providing recommendations that drive innovation and efficiency. • Ensure alignment between business processes, data, applications, and IT infrastructure across ZF Foxconn. • Work with solution architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural models and roadmaps. • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical debt, and integration challenges. • Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and roadmaps to support decision-making and governance. • Support IT Governance processes, including architecture review boards, standards definition, and compliance assessments. • Promote best practices in architecture, design, and technology integration across IT and business functions.
