Job Summary
Quality Inn & Suites Everett is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team. The Night Auditor is responsible for guest service, overnight hotel operations, security patrols, and completing the daily audit process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with computers, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Schedule
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
Responsbilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests professionally
- Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Verify guest reservations, payments, and folios
- Process room charges, pet fees, and other applicable charges
- Prepare reports and communicate important information to the morning team
- MOnitor hotel security cameras
- Conduct routine security walks throughout the hotel, parking lot, and stairwells
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues independetly whenever possible
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status and guest needs
Qualifications
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Night Audit experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
