We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest practices in physical therapy, including advancements in outpatient and home community care.
Experience
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and rehabilitation systems is essential.
- Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
