Timber & Wool is seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Assistant Project Coordinator.
This position works directly alongside ownership and supports the coordination of high-end residential flooring and interior projects throughout Santa Barbara and surrounding communities.
We are looking for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited about long-term professional growth within the luxury interiors and construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of active projects
- Track materials, deliveries, timelines, and pending items
- Coordinate communication with vendors, contractors, and clients
- Support purchasing and operational organization
- Assist with project documentation and administrative systems
- Draft professional email correspondence
- Support scheduling, logistics, and workflow coordination
- Assist with internal operational processes and organization
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or coordination experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Experience in interiors, construction, or design is a plus but not required
Pay: From $50,812.83 per year
