The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis activities through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with Operations and Corporate leadership to provide financial insights that drive business performance and support informed decision-making.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform month-end close activities to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support strategic planning and financial decision-making across the organization.
- Coordinate financial reviews and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
