Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee daily service, mentor team members, and ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service. Your expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, and hospitality industry best practices will drive the success of our bar program. Duties
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to provide outstanding service, ensuring consistency and efficiency during all shifts
- Manange bar when necessary
- Train staff on POS systems
- processing and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology skills in a high-volume setting, preferably within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager is highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, and cocktail techniques including beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Experience with food handling, food safety standards, catering operations, banquet service, and retail math is advantageous
