Overview
Evolving Nurse Home Health Agency is a growing home health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight to our home health team. This position is ideal for an RN or LPN who enjoys working with patients in the community, mentoring healthcare staff, and maintaining high standards of clinical care.
Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision of home health services. This individual will monitor the quality of care provided by home health aides and nursing staff, conduct supervisory and clinical visits, complete employee evaluations, provide clinical teaching, and ensure services are being delivered according to the client's plan of care.
The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for responding to staff call-offs and unexpected coverage needs and making appropriate adjustments to the daily staffing schedule to ensure clients receive uninterrupted care.
The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with agency leadership and the Office Coordinator but will primarily be responsible for clinical operations, patient care, and staff supervision.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Ohio RN or LPN license.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the agency's service area.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Ability to respond to staff call-offs and urgent staffing needs.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules when necessary to maintain client coverage.
