Rio Hondo Lumber & Supply is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a versatile position that combines mechanical skills, customer service, sales, and general store operations. Perfect for someone that has mechanic knowledge but also wants to work with customers and grow with our stores.
Responsibilities Include:
- Engine repair and maintenance (forklift, vehicle, etc.)
- Operating forklifts and loading customer purchases
- Maintaining store appearance and organization
- Delivering excellent customer service to contractors, ranchers, farmers, and homeowners
- Deliveries, non CDL truck
Qualifications:
- Mechanical experience required
- Knowledge of hardware, lumber, agricultural, or construction supplies is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
