What You’ll Do
- Engage customers with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm — both in person and by phone
- Guide buyers through the sales process with honesty and energy
- Follow up with leads, set appointments, and deliver world-class customer service
- Master product knowledge to match customers with the right Toyota vehicle
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed dealership goals
- Use bilingual skills (a huge plus) to connect with our diverse customer base
What You Bring
- Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Basic computer literacy (CRM experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
