## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
## Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about food and beverages
- Upsell additional items to increase revenue
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on customers regularly
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
## Qualifications
- Experience with Focus POS system preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and bill calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
