Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled PT treatments and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Supervise PT assistants/aides as permitted by state regulations
- Maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program or equivalent international education
- Texas State PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
