Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: $18.00+ / hour (Commensurate with experience)

Assisted Maintenance: Works under supervision to assist in the maintenance, installation, and repair of machinery, fixtures, utilities, buildings, and grounds.

Blueprint Interpretation: Execute work orders using machine layouts, plant schematics, and detailed technical sketches.

Equipment Operation: Safely handle a wide range of hand tools and portable power equipment.

Team Projects: Partner with the broader maintenance crew during large-scale equipment reconfigurations and installations.

Proven Background: At least 6 months in a manufacturing environment.

Math & Technical Skills: Proficient with basic shop arithmetic (fractions/decimals) and reading simple mechanical drawings.

Inspection Tools: Hands-on familiarity with precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and scales.

Reliability: A stable work history showcasing solid employment longevity.

Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Continuous physical movement and the ability to handle light-to-average weight materials regularly.

Requires sharp situational awareness and steady mental focus to maintain safety in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
