Job Overview
The Treasury Management Department supports the bank’s sales strategy by promoting the treasury management product suite to current and prospective customers while working with internal staff to ensure awareness of TM features, benefits, and referral opportunities. Within this department, the Treasury Management Specialist II supports business clients in the implementation and ongoing management of Treasury Management services, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding clients in the use of electronic banking tools such as ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture (RDC), online banking, and fraud prevention services. This role is key to providing efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions for business customers and also supports the Business and Retail sales teams by delivering expert product knowledge and technical insight related to Falcon’s electronic products and services.
Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as primary contact for business clients using treasury management services.
- Assists with product implementations.
- Assists on onboarding new clients to Falcon electronic services platform, ensuring proper documentation, user access, system and security set up.
- Trains clients on treasury solutions, including online banking, ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture.
- Troubleshoots user issues and provides timely technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Offers creative solutions to the increasingly complex problems faced by customers.
- Maintains records and ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NACHA, BSA/AML).
- Assists in reviewing system reports and monitoring fraud prevention controls.
- Supports system upgrades and enhancements, helping test and roll out new features to clients.
- Help promote digital banking solutions to deepen client relationships and increase product usage.
- Performs annual audits and risk assessments for ACH and Remote Deposit Capture users to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Completes Quality Check on all Treasury Management Products
- Reviews Mobile and Merchant Capture daily
- Supports monthly statement mailing for Analyzed Accounts
- Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, safety and security procedures
- Assists with internal and external bank audits related to electronic services.

Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business banking products and services required.
- Have a strong, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services as well as financial technology.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with bank clients.
- Maintains confidentiality of all current and prospective bank clients.
- Desire and willingness to be involved in community activities.
- Proficient with technology particularly bank software products and services.
- Effective/strong communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Well-developed teaching and problem-solving abilities including process improvements.
- Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and treasury services.
- Familiarity with ACH file formats, wire transfers, and fraud prevention tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to demonstrate Falcon’s mission, vision and values.
