Lionz Roofing is a trusted name in residential and commercial roofing, known for quality workmanship, reliable service, and standing behind every job we do. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead our roofing projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day roofing production activities across all active job sites.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved scopes, specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, material suppliers, and site personnel to keep jobs moving.
- Oversee all phases of roofing work including tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, installation, and cleanup.
- Coordinate with estimators and the office to ensure accurate material orders and proper job setup.
- Monitor production progress and report daily accomplishments and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Identify problems, discrepancies, and potential delays, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform quality control inspections at every stage and enforce compliance with safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material needs at each work area.
- Perform other field and production-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing people — leading crews, subcontractors, or field teams.
- Solid background in roofing or construction (residential and/or commercial).
- Experience in construction, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret roofing scopes, specifications, and project plans.
- A strong eye for quality control and the discipline to inspect work thoroughly.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and on-site supervision skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across our service area.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
