Looking to build a stable career in federal debt collection? National Recovery Solutions, LLC is hiring in-office Debt Recovery Specialists at our Lockport, NY location to support federal government collection contracts covering non-tax government debt.

What You'll Do
- Contact individuals with delinquent federal debts — including student loans and other non-tax government obligations — via phone and other approved methods
- Negotiate repayment arrangements in full compliance with federal guidelines
- Accurately document all account activity in our collections system
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and compliance standards
- Adhere to all applicable federal laws (FDCPA, Privacy Act, etc.)

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of debt collection or call center experience (federal collections a plus)
- Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working within federal compliance requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
