Duties
- Serve as one of the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Coordinate meetings with the Board of Directors.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, processing inquiries, and handling correspondence efficiently.
- Oversee maintenance requests and work closely with maintenance and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support the implementation of community policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe environment.
- Promote open communication channels through notices and digital platforms to keep residents informed.
Experience
- Previous experience in community management, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of Enumerate Central (formerly Tops One) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact confidently with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to address resident concerns promptly.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
