Trombly's Tree Trimming & Removal Services, LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking groundsman to join our professional tree service team. We take pride in doing quality work, operating safely, and working together as a dependable crew.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather, staying active, and learning the tree service trade.
Duties
- Assist tree climbers and crew members during tree removal and trimming
- Drag and move brush, limbs, and debris away from work areas
- Feed branches and brush safely into wood chippers
- Cut and section limbs or logs on the ground using chainsaws when needed
- Assist with lowering ropes, rigging lines, and providing ground support for climbers
- Load logs, wood and debris into trucks and trailers
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and general maintenance
- Maintain equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, and rigging gear in good working order through routine inspections.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment.
Experience
- Prior experience or growing interest in tree care is highly valued.
- Chainsaw experience is preferred
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe tree removal is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures meticulously in outdoor or construction settings.

- This job starts early. Crew meets up at 7am.
- Show up to work on time and ready to work everyday
- Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
- Comfortable lifting, dragging brush and working on uneven terrain
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed, especially during storms or weather emergencies
- Team-oriented and able to follow directions
- Able to work in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
