Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing and equipment within the organization. This position involves overseeing maintenance activities, managing maintenance staff, and coordinating projects to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLC), Allen Bradley electronic valve actuators/controllers/positioners. Must have knowledge of Fanuc robotics, PLC systems based on all Allen Bradley platforms., and manufacturing management.
Duties
- Supervise and manage maintenance personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues, including electrical systems involving high voltage and low voltage.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities.
- Lead project management initiatives for facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety among team members.
- Provide training and support to staff on maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in managing programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Familiarity effective maintenance tracking.
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Solid electrical experience, including knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Pay: $23.13 - $27.86 per hour
