Essential Requirements

Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Tempworks, for candidate tracking and workflow management.

Apply knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal standards.

Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Proficiently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.

Apply strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment pipelines and competing priorities.

Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
