Z4 Enterprises (Z4E) is a Government Contractor with Headquarters offices located in Sierra Vista, AZ. Z4E is looking for a Full-Time All Human Intelligence Trainer with MOS 35M HUMINT background in support of Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The 35M HUMINT Trainer – SENIOR -w/Secret Clearance will provide performance-oriented training using the TRAOC- program of Instruction (POIO). Responsibilities and duties may include the following:
Trainer will provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes, but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Trainer shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
- Deliver classroom and simulation-based instruction on Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, including interrogations, debriefings, screenings, and source operations
- Train students on intelligence collection techniques, questioning methodologies, and elicitation strategies consistent with Army HUMINT doctrine
- Provide practical exercises and scenario-based training to simulate real-world operational environments (e.g., detainee questioning, source engagement
- Assess the performance and progress of trainees through practical exercises, simulations, and written evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Ensure all training activities comply with safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of trainees.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Must have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M or equivalent HUMINT Trainer specialty in another branch of service or other US Government agency) conducting All Human Intelligence Course operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years
- Must have completed military leadership course (i.e. ALC or WOBC) 35M or 351M
- Must possess ability to work in a wide variety of terrain and weather conditions
- Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service
DESIRED:
- Previously completed Common Faculty Development Program-Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) and Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC) or DOD/Service equivalent program certifications.
- If instructor applicant does not possess these qualifications, the applicant beable to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of employment.
- Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and AETIC 36-2202 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies.
- Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulation and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience with training delivery, training technology, curriculum development, and/or training support
- Experience in developing and delivering intelligence training in a formal instructor-led training role
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must possess strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION:
Desired: Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or Criminal Justice discipline education or curriculum development from a regionally accredited institution OR two years additional experience may be substituted, provided experience directly related to the position description.
SECURITY CLEARANCE Required: Candidate will currently possess a Secret Security or Interim Secret Clearance
