Hanson School is seeking a full-time music teacher to be responsible for teaching Pre- Kindergarten through Third Grade general music classes.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate will be:
- a dynamic music educator with strong communication skills.
- highly organized.
- excellent at classroom management techniques.
- certified as a Music Educator.
Specific Areas of Responsibility (include, but are not limited to):
- Providing general music learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate for grades PK through 3, which are aligned to state and national music standards.
- Preparing lesson plans and units designed to meet individual needs and motivate students.
- Maintaining a strong classroom management system to create a positive classroom environment built on relationships, high expectations for student learning, risk-taking, and personal responsibility.
Pay: $58,263.29 - $70,166.54 per year
