Duties
- Perform comprehensive in-home electrical service calls, delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships by listening to needs, explaining options clearly, and recommending appropriate services.
- Guide customers through financing options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Strive to meet and exceed service targets and revenue goals through efficient, effective work.
- Represent the company professionally to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations and success.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and a well-stocked service vehicle.
- Conduct troubleshooting.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient in residential electrical systems, commercial knowledge a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.50 - $50.00 per hour
