At A Glance:
- All of our offices are located in North Florida/greater Jacksonville area
- Full Time
- Total Annual Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus ($82,000 - $110,000)
Dental Treatment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Present patient treatment plans while identifying appropriate patient financing opportunities for the patient
- Audit the patient record to prepare for future appointments.
- Create a plan of action based on KPI's
- Co-host morning huddles on a regular basis
Dental Treatment Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in dental office presenting treatment
- Must be familiar with various types of patient financing
- Must possess strong working knowledge of comprehensive dental care including but not limited to implant dentistry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
- MUST BE A STRONG CLOSER
- MUST BE A LEADER AND A QUICK LEARNER
- Experience with Implant Dentistry and Oral Surgery is Highly preferred.
