We're hiring skilled, dependable HVAC Service Technicians for residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems: central AC, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
- Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls
- Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain findings to homeowners
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- CT HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred
- EPA Universal certification preferred
- High school diploma and technical school education
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
