Experience: Retail Associate & Cash Handling (1 year REQUIRED)
Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts (10-8PM/12-8PM)
Must be available Weekends & Holidays
Location: Coleman, MI
Skills:
- Experience as a Retail Sales Representative/Associate or similar role. (Cannabis retail experience preferred)
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Knowledge of POS systems/METRC
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Effective communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Answering customer questions regarding different strains and forms of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and different methods of consumption
- Creating a comfortable and educational environment for customers
- Answering phone calls, fulfilling online orders
- Ensure compliance in all customer transactions
- Running a POS System and Cash register
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
- Assist with opening/closing the store and other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a minimum of 1 YEAR Retail Associate/Representative Experience
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
