We are looking for a disciplined and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for running your assigned station with precision and efficiency, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards of flavor, presentation, and timing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute dishes from your assigned station with consistency, accuracy, and speed during service.
- Maintain impeccable mise en place — clean, organized, and fully prepped at all times.
- Ensure all components meet the restaurant’s standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, plating guides, and preparation methods precisely.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with other cooks, expediters, and chefs during service.
- Uphold the highest levels of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of your station and shared spaces.
- Support other stations when necessary to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and training sessions.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and continuous improvement.
- Handle ingredients and equipment with care and respect.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen; fine dining or Michelin-standard experience preferred.
- Solid foundation in cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen organization.
- Ability to follow direction precisely and execute consistently under pressure.
- Strong understanding of mise en place discipline and time management.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and respect for the industry.
- Commitment to cleanliness, order, and safety.
- Food handler certification or equivalent preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings or late evenings.
