Suncoast Gymnastics seeks an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee our Preschool Program. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool program, including coaching and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the preschool program, including coaching and staff management.
- Provide high-quality coaching to preschool gymnasts to develop their skills and abilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the preschool program.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute special events, such as competitions and performances.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other program-related data.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates and information about the program.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and in good condition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends.
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.
35-38 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
