ABOUT THE POSITION
We are partnering with a leading technology company to advance the future of autonomous vehicle development. We are seeking Vehicle Operators - Data Collection to play a critical role in testing, collecting data, and refining cutting-edge driving technology.
As part of this program, you will operate test vehicles in real-world conditions, gathering crucial data that directly impacts innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
- Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.
- Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
- Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
- Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year (ideally 3+) of professional driving experience
- A valid US driving license for the last 3+ years
- No moving violations within the past 12 months, DUIs, or criminal record
- Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale and/or San Francisco
SHIFT HOURS, SCHEDULES, AND STARTING SALARY
- The base pay is $28/hr.
- Work schedules:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Sat-Wed
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Tue-Sat | Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Fri-Tue | Sat-Wed | Sun-Thu
