Job Opportunity: Host/Hostess at Ristorante Lucca & Piano Lounge

Shifts Available: Evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:00 to closing
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome patrons with a warm and positive attitude, ensuring a memorable first impression for our fine dining and lounge experience.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly, providing courteous and helpful information to guests. Monitor the designated email inbox, responding to messages in a timely manner.
- Coat Check: Assist guests with coat check services, including issuing tickets for coat retrieval and returning coats upon their departure.
- Menu Maintenance: Ensure menus are cleaned and charged nightly, contributing to the overall presentation of our dining experience.
- Floral Care: Undertake the responsibility of maintaining the appearance of our fresh roses by trimming thorns, changing water, and performing general upkeep.
- Bathroom Checks: Periodically inspect and maintain cleanliness in the restrooms, promptly alerting the maintenance staff to any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with grace and professionalism.
- Italian language skills are highly regarded by our ownership team.
