MWOC coordinates work orders that track maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery and electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and helping determine what installation or repair services need to be performed and creating a work order to detail, track, and assign labor. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work orders. Great leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and mechanical skills are necessary.

Key Functions:
Work Order Activities
- A primary objective of a MWOC is to correctly use Work Order system to ensure all repairs or projects are completed on time, in good working condition, and within budget.
- Manage Work Order system and effective use of time and task prioritization.
- Meet operational standards and goals by contributing information to strategic plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and company leaders to ensure Maintenance procedures are up-to-date, meeting objectives, and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Schedule regular onsite inspections to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Complete, manage, and analyze maintenance logs to ensure maintenance schedule is upheld.
- Review timeliness of maintenance and repairs; Resolve issues with machinery and facility repairs in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for inspecting every aspect of repair operation to make sure they follow manufacturing, legal, code, and company specifications.
- Maintain strong internal and external partnerships and vendor relations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist Maintenance Staff
- Assist maintenance employees to make sure all items are repaired, replaced, and created on time while complying with company policy and regulations.
- Complete daily safety and maintenance checklists.
- Collect records of each employee regarding labor costs, maintenance projects, parts and materials used, etc.
- Optimize employee workflow.
Safety & Organization
- Identify, communicate, plan, and implement maintenance system improvements.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Schedule and ensure completion of all safety inspections and preventative maintenance work.
- Be aware of safety and cleanliness concerns; Report to appropriate stakeholders; Enforce safety regulations.
- Constantly work to improve processes; Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Work with company personnel to guarantee that facility equipment is properly maintained.
Maintenance /Warehouse Documentation & Reporting
- Meet maintenance financial standards by meeting annual budget; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions set forth by Executive Team.
- Track inventory levels, conduct regular inventory physical counts, and complete reconciliation to ensure adequate supplies to meet the company’s maintenance needs.
- Understand all Maintenance schedules, plans, invoices, and other documents to manage priorities and ensure that the correct maintenance methods are used.

Working Conditions: This role requires physical mobility and ability to sit. 70% office setting, using computer and technology, 30% on production floor using firsthand knowledge to research and drive maintenance solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Work Order systems.
- High attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
