Are you passionate about supporting children and teens through their mental health challenges? Raising Brave Kids is seeking a dedicated Child & Teen Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals and families facing anxiety and mood-related challenges using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention.
Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children and teens experiencing anxiety and mood-related challenges.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements

2+ years of clinical experience.

Masters degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical social work or doctoral degree in psychology.

Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist in the State of Oregon.

Associate LMFT or LPCC Clinicians must be registered with the Oregon Board of Psychology.

Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Familiarity with providing exposure therapy or a willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate a compassionate and genuine approach to therapy.

Passionate, lifelong learner.
