What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer locations
Complete oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, recalls, software updates, filters, and other approved mobile services
Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed maintenance
Communicate professionally with customers and explain vehicle findings
Utilize tablets and dealership software to document repairs and inspections
Maintain inventory and cleanliness of assigned mobile service vehicle
Work closely with our service advisors and parts department to ensure an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Ford experience preferred, but not required
ASE certifications are a plus
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable using mobile technology and digital inspection tools
