Job Description: Job Summary:
EXL Health is seeking an Audit Coordinator II – POD single point of contact to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a client-specific POD, managing inquiries related to medical record submissions, audit statuses, disputes, and clinical support throughout the audit lifecycle. You will collaborate with various internal teams—including Medical Records Management, Clinical, Provider Relations, and Post Audit—to ensure timely and accurate resolution of all outstanding issues. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the audit process.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

- Highly organized, detail oriented and solid problem-solving skills
- Able to make recommendations to improve and streamline processes to make more efficient
- Ability to positively and comfortably manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail.

Base Pay Range: $38,400 - $54,900*
