Residential HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time
Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and certifications
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for qualified candidates

What You'll Be Doing

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Complete retrofit and replacement jobs in occupied homes with minimal disruption to customers

Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and company processes

Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish

Test and verify system performance after installation

Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed

Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field
What You Bring

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

Valid driver's license

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills

Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays when needed

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices

Strong communication skills and professional presence in customers' homes

Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule
