Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Banquet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our operations team, ensuring that every event is executed seamlessly. You will coordinate logistics, manage client expectations, and work closely with our culinary, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute events from initial inquiry to final billing, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, service staff, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event timelines, floor plans, seating arrangements, and all logistical details.
Oversee banquet staff during events to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Handle post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and billing reconciliation.
Maintain organized records of events, contracts, and client communications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event coordination, banquet management, or hospitality operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
