Clinical Pharmacist Director
Type: Fulltime permanent position
Location: Douglas/Casper, Wyoming
Salary: $150-175k depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
- Stay current with new developments in pharmacy practice and technology
Qualifications:
- PharmD or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role
- Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
