H&B Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company proudly serving Cecil County and surrounding areas since 1980 with a reputation built on quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless systems, and related equipment
- Install line sets, condensate drains, venting, gas piping, thermostats, and accessories
- Startup and test installed systems
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
- Complete digital job reports and required paperwork using company-issued tablet
- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience required - 5 YEARS MIN
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Maryland HVAC license preferred but not required depending on experience
