About Absolute Chiropractic
Families come to us when they are done guessing.
A baby who cannot latch. A child who breathes through their mouth all night and wakes up tired. A teenager with jaw pain and headaches that nobody has connected to anything. Parents who have already been to a few offices and left with more questions than they came in with.
Our work centers on three things: airway and palate development, nervous system regulation, and jaw and cranial function. Two of our doctors hold the Certified Pediatric Craniopath credential, which only nine people in the world currently hold.
Families stay with us for years. Very often one person starts care and the rest of the household follows.
Our core values
Excellence. We intentionally curate every element of the patient experience, from the first phone call to every visit of lifetime care.
Family. We create a home where our children, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, and our entire patient family can feel safe, heard, and loved.
Positivity. We lead with light. Every interaction is shaped by kindness, optimism, and belief in what's possible for our patients and our team.
Authenticity. We communicate and act with honesty, presence, and purpose. We show up as who we are and create a space for others to do the same.
Impact. Every action we take is designed to create lasting change in our community, starting with lasting change in the individual.
The role
We are looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of how the practice runs.
This is the person who keeps the schedule covered, the paperwork moving, and the team supported. You would report directly to the owner, work closely with our Director of Clinical Care, and our chiropractic assistants would report to you.
Part of your week is spent at the front desk with patients and part of it in the back office. Early on the balance leans toward the front, because leading this team starts with knowing their work firsthand.
Excellence means we curate every element of the patient experience, and a great deal of that lives in this role. A follow up call that gets made is a parent who comes back for the visit that changes things. A form faxed the same day is a patient who is not left waiting. The care we take with these details is what families feel from their first phone call onward.
What you would own
Our chiropractic assistant team. Their schedule and coverage, their training, and the support they need day to day. When we hire, you handle screening and onboarding. You prepare reviews and check ins, and you and the owner run them together.
Insurance and patient accounts. Reimbursement paperwork, patient balances, personal injury files, and disability forms, each one followed through until it closes.
People administration. Payroll, time off requests, and employment records.
Practice reporting. Monthly retention and performance numbers, pulled accurately and delivered on time.
Our building and systems. Supplies, vendors, IT, practice software, and our landlord.
Our procedures. Writing down how we do things, keeping that current, and making sure the team is actually using it.
Hiring decisions, compensation, and anything that changes how patients experience the practice are prepared by you and decided together with the owner.
Who we are looking for
Someone with real attention to detail. You notice what is missing. You finish the last ten percent, and unfinished work sits with you until it is done.
Someone who believes in this kind of care. You do not need a chiropractic background and we are glad to teach you. What we cannot teach is caring whether these families get better, and patients can tell the difference.
Someone comfortable learning first. Our assistants know this practice far better than you will for a while, and the early months are about learning their work well enough to support and improve it.
Someone who can be honest and kind at the same time. When something gets missed here, we address it that day, warmly and directly.
Someone looking for a place to stay. We are building something and we would love to find the person who wants to build it with us.
