Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs for documentation purposes.
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean CORI and background check.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exemplify responsibility and leadership skills.
- Own basic hand tools.
Preferred:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems

*Sign-on bonus will be distributed in incremental amounts over the course of a year. Candidate must complete 90 day probationary period to qualify.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
