Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Pizza Maker who is passionate about quality, consistency, and working in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate has previous experience stretching dough, building pizzas, operating a pizza oven, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
● Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand.
● Build pizzas according to Casa recipes and quality standards.
● Operate deck pizza ovens efficiently.
● Prepare ingredients and maintain organized prep stations.
● Ensure every order is prepared accurately and consistently.
● Monitor cooking times and food quality.
● Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen following all food safety guidelines.
● Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization.
● Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
● Help train new kitchen employees when needed.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 1 year of pizza-making experience (more experience preferred).
● Experience hand-stretching dough.
● Knowledge of pizza ovens and cooking techniques.
● Ability to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
● Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
● Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Compensation
Starting pay is based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based raises as you demonstrate reliability, skill, and leadership.
