This is a 360-recruitment role (End to end), covering sales through to interviewing, however we offer full training and experience is not required!

The Role
- 360 recruitment (Full training offered end to end)
- Build relationships with candidates & clients across Engineering & Technology markets.
- Manage the full recruitment process from winning business through to placing candidates
- Earn uncapped commission in a genuine merit-based environment
- Progress into Senior, Principal, Manager and Director-level roles!
- Work fully onsite in our Downtown Austin office, with hybrid flexibility once established
