Cannon Hill Service Co. LLC, DBA Midland Towing & Recovery, is seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can remain calm while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Dispatch towing and roadside service calls efficiently
- Communicate with drivers, customers, law enforcement, and service providers
- Monitor job progress and update customers as needed
- Enter and maintain accurate information in dispatch software
- Coordinate schedules and prioritize emergency and routine service requests
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
