Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries with precision.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate through proofreading and clerical oversight.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document preparation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting with administrative needs as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
