Job Overview
Join our growing team as an Assistant Kitchen Manager and be part of an exciting new chapter for our business! We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who isn’t just searching for a job, but wants the opportunity to grow with us and help shape the future of our operation.
As we expand from a seasonal waterpark into a year-round entertainment and event destination, our food and beverage operations will play an important role in that growth. Our plans include expanded membership options, special events, and seasonal attractions such as Halloween and Christmas walk-through experiences, creating new opportunities throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have an open and flexible schedule, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as the business grows. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support the Kitchen Manager with daily food preparation and service, food safety and quality standards, inventory management, staff supervision, and efficient kitchen operations.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a team-first attitude—and who is excited about growing their role as we grow the business. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to be part of building something bigger, we’d love to have you on our team..
