Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Shift Leaders and cashiers to lead our retail and food teams and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and optimize sales performance. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, uphold company standards, and implement strategic initiatives to meet business goals. Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
- Help recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and shift assignments to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, bookkeeping, and retail math calculations for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, POS procedures, and store policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence and employee management.
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory control systems, POS technology including Trendar system and Mudflap payments, as well as cash handling procedures.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
