- Manage patient records using medical software systems, documenting treatment details, progress notes, and relevant health information precisely.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment while adhering to health standards and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical software for scheduling, record-keeping, and telehealth platforms to ensure seamless patient management.
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse client populations.
