Qualifications for the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

At least two years of professional background in manufacturing, processing equipment repair, or industrial maintenance.

Proven ability to perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Background in high-speed manufacturing environments such as CPG, bottling, food production, or brewing is highly desirable.

Help ensure operational efficiency by maintaining components like gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, bearings, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems.

Support system reliability by working with drives, motors, sensors, power distribution, and PLC hardware.

Familiarity with utility and specialized equipment like refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, keg washers, and water treatment systems is advantageous.
Compensation and Perks:

Annual salary range between $55,000.00 and $80,000.00.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute mechanical and electrical upkeep on beverage packaging and production machinery within a food-safe environment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance, resolve equipment failures, and conduct repairs on fillers, can lines, and conveyor systems.

Maintain essential utility and brewing infrastructure, including VFDs, PLCs, heat exchangers, motors, pumps, and valves.

Contribute to the longevity of the facility by assisting with equipment rebuilds, new installations, system changeovers, and the upkeep of CO2, glycol, steam, and air systems.

Demonstrate the ability to succeed and remain productive within a high-speed, demanding work setting.
